Group Hypnobirthing &
Birth Preparation Course
This course includes one full day of hypnobirthing content with up to five couples
(10 participants).
In Person course only.

The Fundamentals Course
Is this your first baby? Or not your first baby but it in need of a refresher? This course offers all of the core fundamentals of hypnobirthing in a 3 hour 1-2-1 OR group.
Online only.
Birth Choices Appointment
Suitable for those wishing to discuss their birth choices on a one to one basis. We will discuss your different birth options and possible scenarios. This is a 1.5 hour virtual appointment.
