A: Absolutely! Hypnobirthing isn't just about vaginal births. It is there to help you take a positive approach to birthing, using relaxation techniques and enabling you to feel empowered around your birth and birth decisions. We can support you with a "Calm Caesarean Workshop".
Q: Does my birthing partner need to attend the course?
A: It is advised for a birthing partner to attend a course if you have one. However, it is not essential. But it would be encouraged for you to go over your newly taught hypnobirthing skills at home with your birth partner.
Q: Does hypnobirthing mean I won't need any more pain relief?
A: Hypnobirthing is not an alternative to pain relief or considered a type of pain relief. However, people have reported not needing pain relief at all or just using it towards the end stages of labour. "Pain" is experienced very differently amongst others but hypnobirthing can help with this.
